Special Optional Prepayment. The Certificates maturing on or after August 1, 20 , are subject to prepayment prior to their stated Principal Payment Dates, on any date on or after August 1, 20 , in whole or in part, in Authorized Denominations, from and to the extent of prepaid Base Rental Payments paid pursuant to subsection (a)(ii) of Section 7.02 of the Lease Agreement, at the following prepayment prices (expressed as a percentage of the principal evidenced by such Certificates to be prepaid) applicable for the periods indicated, plus accrued interest evidenced thereby to the date fixed for prepayment, without premium.
