Special Permits, License and Product Notifications. Customers may require hazardous materials licenses prior to the use of certain products. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining, and making available to the Department or Customer, upon request, all necessary licenses and permits regarding any hazardous materials prior to commencement of Services in each facility or building.
