Construction Manager shall investigate and recommend to Owner a schedule for the purchase of Materials and equipment requiring advance procurement (i.e., due to long lead times) and for Owner-Supplied Equipment and Materials. Construction Manager shall also work with Owner Parties to identify critical elements of the Work that may require special procurement, such as prequalification or alternative contracting methods.
