Special Provisions for BTP. (a) Pursuant to Title 38, Chapter 45 of the South Carolina Code of Laws (the “Brokers Insurance Statute”), the Municipality designates the Municipal Association of South Carolina as the municipal agent to act on behalf of the municipality for the purposes of the Brokers Insurance Statute.
