Special Provisions for TIFIA Projects. To the extent applicable, the Recipient agrees to administer each Project financed with Federal credit assistance authorized under the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act, as amended (TIFIA), in accordance with: (1) 23 U.S.C. §§ 601 through 609, including any further amendments thereto; (2) 49 U.S.C. §§ 5307, 5309, and 5323(o); (3) joint U.S. DOT/FTA regulations, “Credit Assistance for Surface Transportation Projects,” 49 C.F.R.
