Special Provisions Governing Eurocurrency Rate Loans and/or Competitive Bid Loans. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the following provisions shall govern with respect to Eurocurrency Rate Loans and Competitive Bid Loans as to the matters covered, unless, in the case of Competitive Bid Loans, otherwise agreed to between the Borrower and the Bank making any such Competitive Bid Loan:
