Special Provisions Relating to Alternative Currency Loans. For purposes of (a) complying with any requirement of this Agreement stated in Dollars and (b) calculating any ratio or other test set forth in this Agreement, the amount of any Asset that is denominated in an Alternative Currency shall be deemed to be the Dollar Equivalent of such amount of Alternative Currency determined as of the date of such calculation including, without limitation, the following (together with any defined terms in which such defined terms are used): “Aggregate Outstanding Asset Balance”, “Borrowing Base”, “Pool Concentration Criteria”, “Interest Collections”, “Outstanding Asset Balance”, “Permitted Investments”, “Portfolio Aggregate Outstanding Asset Balance”, “Portfolio Outstanding Asset Balance”, “Principal Collections”, “Scheduled Payment” and “Servicing Fee”.
