SPECIAL PROVISIONS REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF TENNESSEE. This Agreement provides a loan of Assistance Funds to Owner that is funded in whole or in part under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5, (Recovery Act). Owner shall ensure that all applicable requirements, including but not limited to those set forth herein, of the Recovery Act are met and that Owner provides information to THDA as required.
