Common use of SPECIAL PURPOSE FUND Clause in Contracts

SPECIAL PURPOSE FUND. 4.1 The Insurer agrees to participate in the Special Purpose Fund (“SPF”), including for the avoidance of doubt, the ARP and the ROF which form constituent parts of the SPF, in accordance with the Regulations and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and in particular (but without limitation) Schedule 2 hereof.
