Special Reexamination. In addition to periodic reexaminations as outlined above, a special reexamination will be conducted if, at the time of admission or regular reexamination, it is not possible to make an estimate of net family income for the ensuing 12 month period with any reasonable degree of accuracy because of conditions such as unemployment or unstable family relations. Special reexaminations will continue to be scheduled until such time as a reasonable estimate of net family income can be made.
