Common use of Special Registration Fees Clause in Contracts

Special Registration Fees. Where the Territory specified includes any of the countries referred to in Schedule 3, Paragraph 1, there will be an additional charge as specified in Paragraph 1 above which shall be fixed from time to time so as to cover NASPL's costs of registering the Licensee in those countries as a licensee under the Trademarks.
