Special Remedies Provisions. The intention of this Section 16.10 is to set forth certain special provisions applicable to Events of Default under Section 16.1(m) and/or Section 16.1(q) of this Lease and to Lessor’s rights and remedies upon the occurrence of such Events of Default. This Section 16.10 has no application to other Events of Default under this Lease and is not intended to alter or limit Lessor’s rights and remedies with respect to such other Events of Default or, except as specifically set forth in this Section 16.10, for any other purpose. Subject to the foregoing, Lessor and Tenant agree that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease:
