Common use of Special Reporting Clause in Contracts

Special Reporting. During any period in which either of the six (6) Month periods mentioned in Article 5.2.1(g) or Article 5.2.1(h) are extended in accordance with Article 5.2.1(g) and Article 5.2.1(h), as applicable, the Joint Coordinating Committee will meet every fourteen (14) Days and the members of the Joint Coordinating Committee appointed by Project Company will report on the status of the measures taken by Project Company to cure the deficiency.
