Special Requests. If the Plan Administrator requests a report in a customized format that requires system enhancements, or re-programming by HEBP, or customized requests for claim Record information, such requests will be evaluated as to the complexity and the associated costs involved to provide this information. Plan Administrator will be responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred and understands that any new program designs will delay the transfer of information and Records for the successor administrator. All such information and Records described herein shall be subject to the terms of SECTION VII β CONFIDENTIALITY.
