Special Requirements for Authentication Credentials in Use by Licensee Systems. If Licensee implements an Authentication Credential in a Licensee system or Third-Party Application such that any such system is an Authorized User (in either instance, an “Authorized System”), Licensee shall implement the Authorized System such that any individual accessing the Licensed Application via the Authorized System can be accurately identified to Xxxxxx Xxx upon its request, and the date, time and nature of such individual’s access to the Licensed Application via the Authorized System can likewise be accurately identified to Xxxxxx Xxx.
