Special Requirements Regarding Electronic Medication Management System Upon Termination or Withdrawal. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Agreement, upon the Withdrawal of a Facility as permitted by a provision of this Agreement, or the termination of this Agreement for any reason (an “Ending Event”), the Parties shall perform their respective obligations as follows:
