Common use of Special Retirement Incentives Clause in Contracts

Special Retirement Incentives. The President or his/her designee may offer other special retirement incentives to individual members of the bargaining unit holding tenure or employment security status. At the request of the Association the University’s implementation of any such retirement arrangement shall be reported to the personnel committee of the bargaining-unit member’s department/School/College and/or to the Association.
