Common use of Special Right of Termination Clause in Contracts

Special Right of Termination. 1. In the case of serious violations of the terms of this agreement, in particular against compliance with applicable data protection regulations, the client entitled to a special right of immediate termination. Further sanctions, in particular contractual penalties, are excluded. 2.
