In the case of payments in the nature of continuation of payments under Section 4(a) required under Section 6(c) (“Pre-CIC Severance Payments”) and severance payable under Section 6(e) (the “CIC Severance Payments” and, with the “Pre-CIC Severance Payment, the “Severance Payments”), the following rules will apply:
