Special Service Fees. Fees for diagnostic/corrective action time when a problem is determined to be Customer-caused, and other fee-based service activities is as follows: • Onsite Support - $150 per hour plus expenses; two-day minimum charge to account for required travel time • Remote Support - $150 per hour • Onsite Training - $1,295 per day plus expenses
