Special Specification. Special Specification means a Specification containing requirements specific to the Work that are not included in any Standard Specification or which are intended to amend, supplement or replace part or all of a Standard Specification, as the same may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time by the Owner.

Special Specification. Specifications means that portion of the Agreement as attached or listed in Schedule H – Drawings and Specifications or elsewhere in the Agreement, wherever located and whenever issued, consisting of the written descriptions, requirements, instructions and standards for Products, systems, performance, installation, workmanship, quality, and the services necessary for the performance of the Work, as the same may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time by the Owner.
