Common use of Special Tax Prepayments Account Disbursements Clause in Contracts

Special Tax Prepayments Account Disbursements. Moneys in the Special Tax Prepayments Account shall be transferred by the Fiscal Agent to the Bond Fund on the next date for which notice of redemption of Bonds under Section 2.03(A)(ii) can timely be given by the Fiscal Agent under Section 2.03(E), and shall be used (together with any amounts transferred pursuant to Section 4.03(F)) to redeem Bonds on the redemption date selected in accordance with Section 2.03.
