Special Terms and Conditions. ‌ 3.1 PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS‌ Expected performance under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 3.1.1 Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to subject of contract; 3.1.2 Use of professional judgment; 3.1.3 Collaboration with HCA staff in Contractor’s conduct of the services; 3.1.4 Conformance with HCA directions regarding the delivery of the services; 3.1.5 Timely, accurate and informed communications; 3.1.6 Regular completion and updating of project plans, reports, documentation and communications; 3.1.7 Regular, punctual attendance at all meetings; and 3.1.8 Provision of high-quality services. Prior to payment of invoices, HCA will review and evaluate the performance of Contractor in accordance with Contract and these performance expectations and may withhold payment if expectations are not met or Contractor’s performance is unsatisfactory.
