Special Warrants Void After Exercise. After the deemed exercise of a Special Warrant as provided in this Article 5, the holder of a Special Warrant Certificate representing the Special Warrant so exercised no longer has any rights either under this Special Warrant Indenture or the Special Warrant Certificate, other than the right to receive certificates or other evidence of ownership as provided herein representing the Underlying Securities and the Special Warrant is void and of no value or effect.
