Specialized Personnel Clause Samples

The Specialized Personnel clause defines the requirements and expectations regarding the use of individuals with specific expertise or qualifications for certain tasks under an agreement. Specialized Personnel. If it is necessary, in connection with the performance of the Services, that Vendor Personnel or Subcontractors be assigned responsibilities in a County Location (not including any Locations leased or subleased by Vendor from the County) that requires special health, security, or safety training, as deemed by County, then such training will be provided by the County to such individuals and Vendor shall make such individuals reasonably available for such training, with each Party being responsible for its own costs associated with such training (i.e., among other things, Vendor shall not charge the County any Fees for any amount of time spent by any of the Vendor Personnel or any Subcontractor attending or receiving such training).
Specialized Personnel. As appropriate to its provision of Services, the Contractor shall ensure that applicable Contractor personnel (and the personnel of any Subcontractors) are trained, qualified and available to perform assigned services required in work areas, such as specific health, regulatory (including, without limitation, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act, HIPAA, and other regulations identified by DSHS), and security or safety-related expertise, all as may be consistent with DSHS's regulatory and compliance-related policies and practices as communicated to the Contractor.
Specialized Personnel. As part of the Services, Contractor shall, upon the Agency’s request, provide to the Agency equal access to Contractor’s specialized personnel and resources consistent with Contractor’s other commercial customers receiving substantially similar goods and services.
Specialized Personnel. As part of its provision of Services, ACS shall ensure that all ACS personnel (and the personnel of any ACS Subcontractors) performing Services in work areas requiring specific health, regulatory (including, without limitation, HIPAA, the California Statute, GLB and other regulations identified by Symetra), security or safety-related expertise are trained, qualified, and available to perform the Services in such areas as such training is commercially appropriate for the Services performed by such personnel. As reasonably requested by ACS, Symetra shall make available to ACS personnel (and to the personnel of any ACS Subcontractor(s)) any regulatory training that Symetra makes available to its own personnel in such work areas, with all costs and expenses associated with such training (if any) to be borne by ACS.

Specialized Personnel. Provider agrees that, as part of its provision of Services, it shall ensure that all Provider personnel (and the personnel of any Subcontractors) are trained, qualified, and available to perform all Services required in work areas requiring specific health, security, or safety precautions.
Specialized Personnel. As part of its provision of Services, ACS shall ensure that all ACS Personnel performing Services in work areas requiring specific health, regulatory (including, without limitation, HIPAA, the Personal Information Statutes, GLB and other regulations identified by Symetra), security or safety-related expertise are trained, qualified, and available to perform the Services in such areas as such training is commercially appropriate for the Services performed by such Personnel. As reasonably requested by ACS, Symetra shall make available to ACS Personnel any regulatory training that Symetra makes available to its own Personnel in such work areas, with all costs and expenses associated with such training (if any) to be borne by ACS.
Specialized Personnel. A. In addition to the salaries as cited in Article VI, the following personnel shall be entitled to the following compensation, to be paid in equal bi-weekly installments: 1. Detective $925.00 2. Photographer (Not more than three) $300.00 3. Breathalyzer Operator $300.00 4. Crime Watch Officer (Not more than three) $300.00 5. Radar Instructor (Not more than three) $300.00
Specialized Personnel a. Included in this section are: social workers, nurses, guidance counselors, L.D.T.C.'s, speech correctionists.. b. Section D. 1.d. above may be applied to these personnel. They may be assigned to breakfast duty 2005-2006 if the program is implemented. c. Specialized personnel shall receive two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks daily, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
