Specialized Poles. The Licensee must comply with the City's generally applicable written standards for decorative utility poles, and the City's standards regarding stealth, concealment, and aesthetic requirements governing occupiers of the rights-of-way, including in a historic district or regarding a historic landmark. Design and concealment measures are not considered a part of the Wireless Facility for purposes of the size restrictions on the Wireless Facility.
