Specialized Services. The specialized consultant services identified in the following list are included in Additional Services: Providing financial feasibility or other special studies. Providing planning surveys, site evaluations, environmental studies or comparative studies of prospective sites. Providing services relative to future facilities, systems and equipment which are not intended to be constructed during the Construction Phase. Providing services to make detailed investigation of existing conditions or facilities or to make measured drawings thereof, other than to verify the accuracy of drawings or other information furnished by the Owner. Providing coordination of Work performed by Owner’s separate Contractors or by the Owner’s own forces. Providing services in connection with the Work of a Contractor or separate consultants retained by the Owner other than commissioning consultant, testing and balance consultant, material testing firms or similar firms. Providing services for planning tenant or rental spaces. Making revisions in Drawings, Specifications or other documents when such revisions are inconsistent with written approvals or instructions previously given are required by the enactment or revision of codes, laws of regulations subsequent to the preparation of such documents or are due to other causes not solely within the control of the Project Architect. Providing services made necessary by the default of the Contractor, or by major defects or deficiencies in the Work of the Contractor, or by failure of performance of the Contractor under the Contract for Construction. Providing extensive assistance in the utilization of any equipment or system such as initial start-up or testing, adjusting and balancing, preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, training personnel for operation and maintenance, and consultation during operation. Specialized Services. Providing specialized design and engineering services, including services for acoustical analysis or design, computer services, communication consultant services, design or specification of unusual or large volumes of fixtures, furnishings, and equipment.
Specialized Services. The Contractor may invoice the City for costs incurred to mobilize and demobilize specialized equipment required to perform services in addition to those specified under Section 1.0 of this Contract. Additional specialized services will only be performed if/when directed by the City. The rate for specialized mobilization and demobilization shall be fair and reasonable as determined by the City.

The Charter School shall obtain, adopt, and implement the Board’s special education and Section 504 policies and procedures which are applicable to individual schools and are adopted, in existence, and/or otherwise amended during the term of this agreement. b. The Charter School shall obtain from the last enrolled school, the Individualized Education Plan (“IEP”) for any student who has transferred to the Charter School from a Rockford Public School and for whom the Board possesses an IEP. c. The Charter School shall notify and invite the Executive Director of Special Education of the Rockford Public Schools and/or his/her designee of any meeting for an initial evaluation of a student who was not identified as eligible and did not have an IEP in his/her educational placement immediately prior to enrolling in the Charter School. d. The Charter School shall provide a full continuum of services to implement the IEP of a student with disabilities.
Specialized Services. GCI provides video services using the same facilities used for providing broadband Internet access. GCI’s video services do not impact the capacity of its broadband Internet access services, nor do these video services in any other way impact the provision of non-GCI Internet or Internet-based services.

Specialized Services. Upon Kraft’s request, Supplier shall provide Kraft and the Eligible Recipients with prompt access to Supplier’s specialized services, personnel and resources pertaining to information technology standards, processes and procedures and associated software, equipment and systems on an expedited basis taking into account the relevant circumstances (the “Specialized Services”). The Parties acknowledge that the provision of such Specialized Services may, in some cases, constitute New Services for which Supplier is entitled to additional compensation, but in no event shall Supplier be entitled to any additional compensation for New Services under this subsection unless the Kraft Contract Manager and Supplier Account Executive, or their authorized designee, expressly agree upon such additional compensation or Supplier’s entitlement to additional compensation is established through the dispute resolution process.
Specialized Services. The Contractor agrees to be responsive to reasonable requests from private citizens for services that are above and beyond those services routinely provided.
Specialized Services. The Contractor shall completely fulfill requirements of any Specialized Services approved by DCS. In order to provide specialized services, the Contractor must submit in writing a proposal that contains a detailed program and budget narrative. A request to provide Specialized Services will be granted at the sole discretion of DCS. Upon approval, the program narrative and standards will be incorporated into the Contract. The billable units and rates that DCS will pay for such Specialized Services will be detailed in the Attachment 1 as provided in the CMHC RFP and incorporated by reference.
