Specialized Services. The Charter School shall provide services and accommodations to students with disabilities in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. §1401 et seq.) (the “IDEA”), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794) (“Section 504”), and subject to the following additional conditions:
