Common use of SPECIALLY MADE PRODUCTS Clause in Contracts

SPECIALLY MADE PRODUCTS. If this agreement covers products that must be manufactured especially for Customer and if such production is suspended or terminated for any reason, Customer will take delivery of and make payment for such products as have been completed and such as are in process on the date notice of suspension or termination is received by Multivac or Customer, as the case may be; provided, that if Customer for any reason cannot accept delivery of such products, it will make payment therefor as though delivery had been made and Multivac will store such products for Customer’s account and at Customer’s expense.
