Specific amendments to Loan Agreement and Guarantee. In consideration of the agreement of the Lenders contained in Clause 3.1 of this Supplemental Agreement, the Borrower hereby agrees with the Lenders that upon satisfaction of the conditions referred to in Clause 4.1, the provisions of the Loan Agreement shall be varied and/or amended and/or supplemented with effect on and from the Effective Date as follows: (a) by inserting in clause 1.1 of the Loan Agreement the definition of "Mortgage Addendum" set out in Clause 1.2; (b) the definition of, and references throughout each of the Finance Documents to, each Mortgage shall be construed as if the same referred to that Mortgage as amended and supplemented by the relevant Mortgage Addendum; (c) by deleting the definition of "Applicable Date" in clause 1.1 of the Loan Agreement; (d) by adding the following new definitions in clause 1.1 of the Loan Agreement:
