Specific Consequences of the GSK Continue Option. If GSK terminates this Agreement or a Program under Sections 14.3, 14.4 or 14.5, the rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder shall terminate as at the effective date of such termination (or, if later, the Cut-Over Date) and the consequences set forth in this Section 15 shall apply:
