Common use of Specific Defaults Clause in Contracts

Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in Section 5.01(a), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g), Section 5.01(h), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.01(l), Section 5.01(m), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03; or

Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in Section 5.01(a) (other than Section 5.01(a)(iv)(A)), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g), Section 5.01(h), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.01(l), Section 5.01(m), Section 5.02 or Section 5.035.03(a) of this Agreement or Section 2 of the Intercreditor Agreement; or

Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in Section 5.01(a) (other than clause (xi) of Section 5.01(a)), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g), Section 5.01(h), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.01(l), Section 5.01(m), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03; or

Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party shall fail fails to perform or observe or perform any covenantterm, obligation, condition covenant or agreement set forth contained in Section 5.01(aany of Sections 5.01, 5.02(a), Section 5.01(f5.02(c), Section 5.01(g5.03(a), Section 5.01(h5.04(a) (with respect to maintenance of the Borrower’s existence only), Section 5.01(i5.08, 5.09(b), Section 5.01(k)5.11, Section 5.01(l)5.14, Section 5.01(m)5.16, Section 5.02 or Section 5.03; orArticle VI;

Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement applicable to such Loan Party set forth in Section 5.01(a5.01(a)(i)-(iv), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g5.01(g)(i), Section 5.01(h), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.01(l), Section 5.01(m5.01(j), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03; or

Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in Section 5.01(a5.01(a)(i)-(iv), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g), Section 5.01(h5.01(g)(i) or (ii), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.01(l), Section 5.01(m), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03; or

Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in (i) Section 5.01(a), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g), Section 5.01(h5.01(g)(i) (with respect to existence), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.01(l), Section 5.01(m), Section 5.02 or Section 5.035.03 or (ii) any Specified Provision; or

Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in Section 5.01(a5.01(a)(i)-(iv), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g), Section 5.01(h5.01(g)(i) or (ii), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.01(l), Section 5.01(m), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03; or

Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in Section 5.01(a), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g), Section 5.01(h), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.01(l5.02 (other than any failure to comply with Section 5.02(t), Section 5.01(mwhich failure shall constitute an Event of Default if it continues for three (3) Business Days), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03; or

Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in Section 5.01(a) (other than the failure to timely deliver any 8-K filing of the Borrower or notice thereof pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(viii)), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g), Section 5.01(h), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.01(l), Section 5.01(m5.01(g)(i), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03; or
