Common use of Specific Defaults Clause in Contracts

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 6.03(a), 6.12, 7.02, 7.03, 7.04, 7.05, 7.06, 7.09, 7.10 or 7.11; or

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 6.03(a)6.1, 6.126.2, 7.026.3, 7.036.6, 7.046.9, 7.057.10, 7.06, 7.09, 7.10 7.11 or 7.117.17; oror 8.1.4

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 6.03(a6.02, 6.03, 6.08(a), 6.127.01, 7.02, 7.02 and 7.03, 7.04, 7.05, 7.06, 7.09, 7.10 or 7.11; or

The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 6.03(aSection 6.02(a), 6.03, 6.05, 6.06, 6.09 or 6.12, 7.02fails to perform or observe any term, 7.03, 7.04, covenant or agreement contained in Article VII (other than Section 7.05, 7.06, 7.09, 7.10 7.07 or 7.117.08) or fails to deliver new Notes in exchange for the existing Notes as provided in Section 2.02(c); or
