Common use of Specific Defaults Clause in Contracts

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 6.03(a), 6.12, 7.02, 7.03, 7.04, 7.05, 7.06, 7.09, 7.10 or 7.11; or

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 6.03(a)6.1, 6.126.2, 7.026.3, 7.036.6, 7.046.9, 7.057.10, 7.06, 7.09, 7.10 7.11 or 7.117.17; oror 8.
