Common use of Specific Defaults Clause in Contracts

Specific Defaults. Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 7.3, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9 or 7.10; or

Specific Defaults. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 2.01(a)(ii), 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.04, 7.06, 7.09, 7.12, 7.13, 7.16 or in any Section 7.3, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9 or 7.10in Article VIII; or

Specific Defaults. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 7.37.03(a), 7.77.04 (with respect to the Borrower), 7.8, 7.9 7.11 or 7.10in any provision of Article VIII; or

Specific Defaults. Any Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 7.3Sections 7.03(a), 7.77.05, 7.87.06, 7.9 7.07, 7.14 or 7.10Article VIII; or

Specific Defaults. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 7.3Sections 6.03(a), 7.76.05, 7.86.06, 7.9 6.07, 6.13, 6.14, 6.20, 6.26 or 7.10Article VII; or

Specific Defaults. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.36.03(a), 7.7Section 6.04 (with respect to the Borrower's existence), 7.8Section 6.11, 7.9 Section 7.01 (other than Section 7.01(g) and 7.01(l)) or 7.10Section 7.02; or

Specific Defaults. Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 7.3any of Sections 6.1, 7.76.2, 7.86.3, 7.9 6.6, 6.9 or 7.106..12 or in Article 7; or

Specific Defaults. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in subsections 7.3(a) or (b), clause (i) of subsection 7.4(a), Section 7.3, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9 or 7.10Article VIII, or Holdings fails to perform or observe the covenants contained in Section 8.22; or

Specific Defaults. Specific Defaults. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of subsection 6.3(a), Section 7.2, 7.3, 7.77.4, 7.8, 7.9 7.11 or 7.10; or7.13.
