Common use of Specific Defaults Clause in Contracts

Specific Defaults. A Credit Party shall fail to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 7.01, 7.02(a), 7.06 (with respect to the Borrower’s and each Guarantor’s existence only) or 7.09 or Article VIII; or
