Specific Delivery Dates for Conforming Orders. For an Order to constitute a Conforming Order, Buyer shall specify a delivery date no earlier than the shortest applicable period specified below: (i) the longest period for delivery for any Major Component, as set forth on Schedule V, plus six (6) weeks; or (ii) the time periods provided in Schedule V, with respect to Goods utilizing Buyer-provided inventory.
