SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION. The 205 acre property is located in the City of North Ridgeville, Lorain County, OH. The property is south of Center Ridge Road and is bordered by Case Road to the east and the railroad tracks on the west.
SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION. The 5.2 acre Property is located in the Village of Marblehead, Danbury Township, Ottawa County, Ohio at the northeast corner of the peninsula along the shores of Lake Erie. The project entails the purchase of eight lots totaling 2.3 acres in the platted residential subdivision on Lake Erie; these lots encompass 1,044 linear feet of lakefront and inlet coastal area Four of the parcels have road frontage along State Route 163 (Main Street) and four parcels are located on Lifeboat Lane. The rear of the Property lies on an inlet protected by a breakwall on which a boat launch is located. The eight (8) parcels are: PPN 0152024332065010, 0152024332065000, 00152024332065001, 0152024332065002, 0152024332065003, 0152024332065004, 0152024332065005, and 0152024332065009. Maps noting parcels, aerial view, and topographical features of the Property are included in Appendix A. One deed will be filed at closing.

The City of Gahanna proposes to remove a low head dam and complete stream and wetland restoration along XxXxxxx Creek, located southwest of the intersection of Cherry Bottom Road and Johnstown Road (U.S. Route 62) in the City of Gahanna. Franklin County. Ohio. The project is located on the site of the former Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Capital City Lodge #9, on property currently owned by Stonybrook United Methodist Church. The project is located on one parcel listed under one deed; the Franklin County Parcel ID is 025-001929·00. The proposed restoration area is located immediately adjacent to the proposed alignment of Section 4 of the Big Walnut Trail. which is anticipated to be constructed by the City in 2018. XxXxxxx Creek (also known as Xxxx Ditch) is a direct tributary to the Big Walnut Creek, and is located in the Big Walnut Creek subwatershed (HUC 12: 05060001-15-02). The project is located between river mile (RM) 0 and 0.1 of XxXxxxx Creek.

The Mill Creek Restoration at Evendale Commons will take place at the confluence of the main stem of the Mill Creek and an unnamed tributary at Xxxxxxxxxx Drive in the Evendale Commons development. The project site is located entirely upon property owned by Anchor Properties. A permanent public easement will be required to facilitate the use of public OPWC funds for this project. The project comprises approximately 3.5 acres of improved stream bank and stream corridor and retrofitted detention basins. The project area is located on Xxxxxxxx County Auditor's parcel number 611-0020-0402-00.
