Specific Enforcement; Legal Fees. The Employee acknowledges that a breach of this Agreement is likely to result in irreparable and unreasonable harm to the Company, and that injunctive relief, as well as damages, would be appropriate. In the event of litigation between the parties as to which a breach of this Agreement is pleaded as a claim or defense, the prevailing party shall be entitled (in addition to any other relief to which it may be entitled) to an award of costs of court and reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred in such litigation.
