Specific Limitations on the General Partner. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or the Act, without the prior written approval of all of the Limited Partners to the specific act in question, the General Partner shall have no right, power or authority to do any of the following acts, each of which is considered outside the ordinary course of Partnership business:
