Specific Obligations Related to Construction. (a) Seller shall construct and install the Facility in a good and workmanlike manner. Prior to commencement of construction and installation of the Facility, Seller shall notify Buyer of the intended date of commencement of construction, and Buyer shall have the right to monitor construction and installation of the Facility. Upon completion of the construction and installation of the Facility, Seller shall provide Buyer with “as-built” drawings setting forth in as sufficient detail as required by Buyer in its reasonable discretion, the location of all components of the Facility.
