Specific Performance Criteria. The parties agree to use their best endeavours to determine the Specific Performance Criteria within two months of the date on which the City executes this Lease. The agreed Specific Performance Criteria will be provided to the Tenant in writing by the City and will be incorporated into this Lease on the date of the written notice.
Specific Performance Criteria. (a) The City may amend the Specific Performance Criteria at any time during the Term. Any amendments to the Specific Performance Criteria will be provided to the Tenant in writing and, once agreed, will be incorporated into this Lease.
(b) Any changes to the Specific Performance Criteria agreed and incorporated into the Lease during the term will not be required to be registered as a variation to this Lease.
Specific Performance Criteria. We may amend the Specific Performance Criteria, at any time during the Term of this Agreement. Any amendments to the Specific Criteria will be provided to you in writing and, once agreed, will be incorporated into this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement when new Specific Performance Criteria is agreed in accordance with this clause 29.7 the parties will comply with the new Specific Performance Criteria.
