Specific Performance; Enforcement. (a) In addition to any other remedies provided for herein, in the event any transfer required under this Article 6 is not timely completed in accordance with the terms hereof, the Company and/or each non-defaulting Member may seek specific performance of the obligations of the defaulting party and may institute legal proceedings to enforce the obligations of the defaulting party and, if successful, the defaulting party shall be liable for all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred by the non-defaulting party.
