Specific Performance; Exercise of Rights. The Agent on behalf of the Lenders may (and upon written request of the Lenders holding at least one-third of the Percentage Interests the Agent shall) proceed to protect and enforce the Lenders' rights by suit in equity, action at law and/or other appropriate proceeding, either for specific performance of any covenant or condition contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document or in any instrument or assignment delivered to the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement or any other Credit Document, or in aid of the exercise of any power granted in this Agreement or any other Credit Document or any such instrument or assignment.

Specific Performance; Exercise of Rights. The Agent on behalf of the Lenders may (and upon written request of the Lenders holding at least one-third of the Aggregate Percentage Interests in the Loan the Agent shall) proceed to protect and enforce the Lenders' rights by suit in equity, action at law and/or other appropriate proceeding, either for specific performance of any covenant or condition contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document or in any instrument or assignment delivered to the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement or any other Credit Document, or in aid of the exercise of any power granted in this Agreement or any other Credit Document or any such instrument or assignment.
