The Majority Purchasers (or the Collateral Agent, acting at the direction of the Majority Purchasers) may proceed to protect and enforce such party’s rights by suit in equity, action at law and/or other appropriate proceeding, either for specific performance of any covenant or condition contained in any Document, or in aid of the exercise of any power granted in any Document, including directing the Company to take any action requested by the Majority Purchasers (or the Collateral Agent, acting at the direction of the Majority Purchasers) in any Monetization Activity regarding the Patents;
