Specific Powers and Duties of the Construction Supervisor. Without prejudice to the generality of the appointment made under Section 2.1, and (where applicable) by way of addition to the rights, powers and duties so conferred, the Construction Supervisor shall, subject to this Section 2.2 and to Articles III and IV, have and be entrusted with the following rights, powers and duties in relation to the Shipbuilding Contract and the Vessel:
