Subject to the provisions of Section 6.1, the Trustee shall have the following specific powers in addition to any powers conferred upon them by any other Section or provision of this Agreement or any statutory laws of the State of Delaware; provided, however, that the enumeration of the following powers shall not be considered in any way to limit or control the power of the Trustee to act as specifically authorized by any other Section or provision of this Agreement and to act in such a manner as the Trustee may deem necessary or appropriate to conserve and protect any Trust Assets or to confer on the Beneficiaries the benefits intended to be conferred upon them by this Agreement:
