SPECIFIC PROHIBITED USES. Tenant shall not use or occupy or permit the Property to be used or occupied, nor do or permit anything to be done in or on the Property, in a manner which would (i) violate or fail to comply with any law, rule or regulation or Legal Requirement, (ii) subject to Article 12, cause structural injury to any of the Improvements or (iii) constitute a public or private nuisance or waste. Tenant shall not allow any Hazardous Material to be located in, on or under the Property, or any adjacent property, or incorporated in the Property or any improvements thereon except in compliance with applicable law (including any Environmental Laws). Tenant shall not allow the Property to be used as a landfill or a waste disposal site, or a manufacturing, distribution or disposal facility for any Hazardous Materials. Tenant shall neither suffer nor permit the Property or any portion thereof, including Tenant's Personal Property, to be used in such a manner as (i) might reasonably tend to impair Landlord's title thereto or to any portion thereof, or (ii) may reasonably make possible a claim or claims of adverse usage or adverse possession by the public, as such, or of implied dedication of the Property or any portion thereof, or (iii) is in material violation of any applicable Environmental Law.

SPECIFIC PROHIBITED USES. The Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals for personal, non- commercial use only. MMFPL specifically prohibits any other use of the Site, and all Users agree not to do any of the following:
a) Post or submit to the Site and Mobile App any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own;
b) Send unsolicited mail or e-mail, making unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a user of the Site and Mobile App;
c) Delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity;
d) Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site's infrastructure;
e) Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site;
f) Aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the content or information available from the Site; or
g) The Users agree not to use / insert any of the User's URL, web link, e mail address and website while accessing any material on the Site. On non conformance by users of any of the aforesaid terms, MMFPL may in its sole discretion, restrict or terminate the offending User's ability to access the Site and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User's content. MMFPL shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever to Users for performance or non-performance of such activities.
