Use of Property. The Property as defined herein shall be for the sole and exclusive use and occupation by the Tenant(s) and same’s exclusive family namely:
Use of Property. Tenant shall only use the Property as a residence. The Property shall not be used to carry on any type of business or trade without the prior written consent of the Landlord. The Tenant will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes, and orders regarding the use of the Property.
Use of Property. Each Individual Property is used exclusively for hotel purposes and other appurtenant and related uses.
Use of Property. The Property is used exclusively for retail purposes and other appurtenant and related uses.
Use of Property. The Property shall be used and occupied solely by the Tenant or Tenants on this Lease, exclusively as a residential dwelling. No additional persons may reside on the Property without Landlord's prior written consent. The Property shall not, at any time during the term of this Lease, be used for the purpose of carrying on any trade, profession or business. The Property shall also not be used for any illegal purpose or acts. If Tenant becomes aware of any illegal activities taking place on the Property, Tenant agrees to notify Landlord as well as the appropriate authorities. Tenant will be responsible for any illegal acts or omissions of Tenant's guests, invitees, and/or licensees whether or not Tenant was a party to or knew of the illegal acts taking place. Certain types of illegal activities may be cause for Landlord to issue an unconditional notice of Lease termination to Tenant. Smoking or other activities which may impair the health of other residents may not be permitted in common areas.
Use of Property. The Property is used exclusively for office purposes and other appurtenant and related uses.
Use of Property. Unless required by applicable law, Borrower shall not (a) except for any change in use approved by Lender, allow changes in the use for which all or any part of the Mortgaged Property is being used at the time this Instrument was executed, (b) convert any individual dwelling units or common areas to commercial use, (c) initiate or acquiesce in a change in the zoning classification of the Mortgaged Property, or (d) establish any condominium or cooperative regime with respect to the Mortgaged Property.
Use of Property. Unless required by applicable law, Borrower shall not (a) allow changes in the use for which all or any part of the Mortgaged Property is being used at the time this Instrument was executed, except for any change in use approved by Lender, (b) convert any individual dwelling units or common areas to commercial use, (c) initiate a change in the zoning classification of the Mortgaged Property or acquiesce without Notice to and consent of Lender in a change in the zoning classification of the Mortgaged Property, (d) establish any condominium or cooperative regime with respect to the Mortgaged Property, (e) combine all or any part of the Mortgaged Property with all or any part of a tax parcel which is not part of the Mortgaged Property, or (f) subdivide or otherwise split any tax parcel constituting all or any part of the Mortgaged Property without the prior consent of Lender. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section to the contrary, if Borrower is a housing cooperative corporation or association, Lender acknowledges and consents to Borrower's use of the Mortgaged Property as a housing cooperative.
Use of Property. This Agreement authorizes the Tenant(s) to use the Premises only for residential purposes. The Tenant(s) hereby acknowledges that any other use of the premises will not be permitted without authorization from the owner or the Landlord.
Use of Property. At all times during the Term with respect to each Property, Lessee will comply with all obligations under and (to the extent no Event of Default exists and provided, that such exercise will not impair the value of such Property) shall be permitted to exercise all rights and remedies under, all operation and easement agreements and related or similar agreements applicable to such Property.
