Common use of Specific Provision re Clause in Contracts

Specific Provision re. Vehicle Parking. Tenant shall be entitled to use the vehicle parking spaces in the Project allocated to Tenant in Section 1.12 of the Lease without paying any additional rent. Tenant's parking shall be limited to vehicles no larger than standard size automobiles or pickup utility vehicles. Tenant shall not cause large trucks or other large vehicles to be parked within the Project or on the adjacent public streets. Temporary parking of large delivery vehicles in the Project may be permitted by the rules and regulations established by Landlord. Vehicles shall be parked only in striped parking spaces and not in driveways, loading areas or other locations not specifically designated for parking. If Tenant parks more vehicles in the parking area than the number set forth in Section 1.12 of the Lease, such conduct shall be a breach of the Lease and Tenant shall pay a reasonable daily charge for such additional vehicle.
